Association Approved Doors

Many homeowners have inquired about replacing the front door of their home, and what options, if any, they have in deviating from the style of door installed when built. In response to these inquiries the association has identified a number of acceptable options for door replacements. Posted here are approved door models manufactured by Midwest Manufacturing (all doors available at Menards). Any of these doors are considered by the association to be acceptable replacements. Should any homeowner not find one of these to be acceptable they have the option to identify an alternative model and request approval for that alternative by submitting the specifications, along with an architectural approval form to the Board of Directors for review.
